File manager for windows phone 8

One of the features requested in uservoice.windowsphone.com was for file manager and i also voted for it.

Today received an email bout its status that this feature is completed. And it will be available in windows phone 8.

Plz confirm d info.
Cant add a screenshot right now as im using wpcentral app

Received the mail too.... I guess it will be in Windows Phone 8.1 as GDR3 is already out in some devices.
