Adobe Photoshop Express has one of that kind of Edges in the edit. There must be some app but am not sure.

Afterlight just came out yesterday which does a great job at that. Its basically the runner up to VSCO Cam on iOS. Its awesome!

BLACK is a nice application that tries to simulate the look of specific B&W films (like Ilford HP5, Kodak TRI-X 400 etc). It does a nice and, at least for the TRI-X 400, which I compared to my own developed B&W scans, quite faithful job. It's not a lens app - it just post-processes photos.
