Which means that your phone is running UAE firmware, that is why you got the black update as it is available in UAE. In a nutshell, it is still not available in India, for phones that run Indian firmware. Anyway thanks for clearing that up.

i am frm india, i got the lumia black update yesterday night, but in website ..., it is still on waiting 4 approval.
Guys jst check 4 updates in ur phone mannually may be it will pop up to download the update. Thankx
