Hey everyone,
first i would like to say, that all the design elements from the concept look well. Especially the alternative to the hamburger menu looks very clean and fresh. As for the Toggles, Sliders etc., I think Windows Phone 10 is better than WP8.1, since it looks more colourful (in the accent colour). Also, the similarity between windows phone and windows for desktop is improved. But there is one thing, that bothers me.
Take a look at "whats new in Microsoft Design Language 2 for Windows".
Can someone please explain to me why the message Dialog differs between Win and WP? It doesn't even show the complete letters on WP.
Lastly, I'm looking forward to Windows phone 10, but I think it won't get as much attention as Windows 10 for Desktop does. Hence, I think the move to the Hamburger menu will make Microsoft look desperate and it gives Apple/Google the chance of "reinventing" the Pivot-style in a few years.
