Find my phone not working

In my Lumia 525, I have enabled the "Find my phone" option. I have also installed apps through push notification. For the last few days, I cant able to install apps through push notification. I have also tried to ring/lock/erase option. It all says "Unable to contact your phone". Hove to overcome this problem ?
