Find,ring,lock,erase my phone not working

hey people I use a lumia 720. I tried to ring my phone through windows phone store but it always shows the same message<wer'e sorry. unable to ring now ,but try again later, we might have better connection later>
any body help me with this

have you turned on internet connection(wifi/mob data) on your phone? and is it working?

yes wifi is on but still not working

are you trying to ring the fone when your phone is locked? if so, is WiFi enabled on lockscreen? Also Check the "Send apps to my phone using push notifications(not SMS)" under Settings->find my phone.

I have this issue too. I think you can make it work by enabling "Find my phone" from the settings.

here's a screenshot of the find my phone setting,does it miss something<any update as such>and by the way wifi is on,and phone is not locked

Looks fine. May be you can try other similar features and see if they work. Install an app from windowsphone.com or try to lock it.

Yes it misses something. So does mine, after a few hard-resets it came back. I've seen this same issue in different ways on a Lumia 820 and two 620's.

Strange, it works for some, it does not for others. Very poorly planned feature. Even the Nokia Care handle in twitter is not able to give me a proper reply on if it should work/should not work.
