Firmware updates don't install?

Please see attached. The latest insider update won't complete without this firmware update running however it won't simply install itself and isn't seemingly giving me the option of starting the install?

Jeez, is this even real? Exclamation points? "Kick it off?" That doesn't read like any message I have ever received from a Microsoft process. If this is really Microsoft talking, they need to have a serious conversation with whoever is writing their interaction scripts.
