IDK, as much as I don't want a manufacturer dropping support for WP, I really couldn't get behind buying a Blu phone because it is spec'd too low for my tastes.

And when did BLU become a "Top Manufacturer"?

Anyone making Android devices gets the "Top" title xd

I've tinkered with the idea of getting one, but the low specs have kept me at bay. Nonetheless, a lot of people tend to go low-end due to budget issues and because they simply don't need all the power a $600-800 phone provides

Funny, the Blu phones actually had SD410's while competing Lumia's came with SD400's and cost more. Sounds like the typical 3rd party oem bashing to me.

The blu phones have low end specs and are entry level devices.
