first im not a designer in any way i was playing around with Photoshop and i end up with this mini concept :excited:

The multitasking window looks good to me, but what the F#&" have you done with the other two?! :shocked:

lol at least i tried XD
first one i removed black spaces between live tiles plus you can control the app from live tile it self if its large, and i was trying to do something similar to this concept from microsoft vision 2011

third one you can view as a list or as grid and you can add apps into new categories

I think you did very good for not being an expert. Sure, some looked like Android, but it was still cool.
 
My first thought was like others mentioned; it looks like iOS/Android but with square icons. I always did think, and I still do, that while not as aesthetically pleasing, it is a more efficient use of real estate. This is very important on a phone.
 
Android/iOS clone with zero innovation. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.
