Looks good in general but I wonder how the UX will be? I'm really not a fan of ditching panorama views for the hamburger menu

Please keep the WP8.1 tile transparency as an option!!! Where the tiles are truly transparent and a window to the underlying picture. I also loved the prallax effect with WP8.1.
I can't stand how busy the Windows 10 look it is with the image in the background and having translucency. If they do have this tile translucency, please let us adjust the opacity! This translucency drives me crazy as you really can't see the background well but you see it well enough to distract from information in the tiles.

Like I said, it's potentially fake. Even though you can certainly keep the WP 8.1 look you're accustomed to if you so wish, so that's not a biggie.
Funny though that they picked the calendar app to show off that huge tile size. Pretty much the worst app when it comes to showing information on a live tile.

But damn, this double wide, double high tile is looking too damn nice to ignore it.

In one of the recent legitimate screenshots, the More Tile option showed the Mega and Vertical tiles in the displayed phone picture beneath the toggle.
The vertical ones yes.. Not the mega huge ones though.
That's why I even mentioned it in the subject.

Even the mega huge ones are. If you look closely at the latest leaks, you'll find two icon sizes in the start settings, one vertical and one large, large being similar to the one in W8.1
