Sorry for my bad English
I have found a solutions for this problem, follow these step and it may work:

First, Add your music to iTunes
> EDIT Tag with ""get Info" in iTunes
> then Create a AAC version of them
> sync your music to your phone with window phone desktop app...

It work for me, all my album art are shown

yea it seems that there's a problem with the album art data base in Xbox music.
I use mediamonkey to get metadata from web, using the exact same album art and resync my music and it shows up.

You use AAC versions on your Windows Phone instead of MP3s?

^he's converting a file to a new one so xbox music is tricked into thinking it's a new track so it can create the album database again.

yeah,i delete all my music on phone, then use itune to convert my music to m4a, delete the mp3 version of them on itune, then sync with wp desktop app.
somehow, it put a folder cover to each album on your phone... and it work ...

But does the desktop app convert them back in MP3 or do you listen to music in another format to do this (I don't use synchronization)?
