Fixed brightness on L630,10.10586.71

I cannot change the brightness on my L630,running 10.10586.71. Is that a driver issue? If I tap the toggle, it shows low>med>high, but the brightness does not change. I tried a hard reset, but no luck.

Why are you still on previous build? You can get build .107 already.
