Flash unlocked EE to CV GBIE?

I've unlocked my L735 on EE but the Carrier is still reported as EE and the Mobile Operator is ORG-GB.

Is it possible to change these values to CV GBIE and 000-GB? Perhaps by flashing a generic software/firmware image. I don't want to be at the mercy of EE for future updates.
