Flash with different model's firmware?

got a question though, a wild one :excited: anybody here thought of using lumia 820 firmware for 810?since they are very much related to each other.specifications wise. i was thinking if it would enable LTE, FM and the cam quality improves.. :excited: just a thought.. there is a thread were 920 can be flashed with different firmware which is meant for a different product code... although it was still inside lumia 920 family.. perhaps we could do this to 810 using 820's firmware??? just a thought...

Last I checked there a few differences between the 820 and 810. Front camera and battery are different I believe. Anyway... LTE is NOT part of the Amber/GDR2 update. That was promised and then taken away earlier this year. 1304 I assume would have been our LTE update.
