focus will not update

bought a focus last november from ATT, it broke in june. went and got another focus in june and this one was a refurbished one that keeps saying "an update is available." every time i try and update it, it doesn't work. it isn't nodo as copy/paste is available. is it mango? why won't it update?

Are you plugging your phone into computer and updating with Zune? Or are you trying to update it over the air?

Do you know if your Focus is version 1.3 or 1.4?

i think it is 1.3.
