Yes, MS Pakistan did hold that BMW contest but their contests are always related to Lumia.. Nothing ever for Windows and Office.
I have also tried messaging them on Facebook and tweeting them on Twitter regarding different contests which they should hold in my idea but they won't even reply.

Actually, they do sometimes reply to Facebook comments (not msgs) but yeah, the comments they reply to are generally useless eg they reply to "what is price of Lumia 430?", "Is Windows 10 coming on my Lumia xxx?" :/

Has anybody heard about the taxes being imposed by the Punjab Government on mobile users?.. I heard that once the tax is imposed, on Rs. 100 recharge one will get around Rs. 58.
