Just wanted to post an update in hopes that this might help others. I had been having some issues with slow wifi speeds whenever bluetooth was on.
I was able to figure out what was causing this.
I have a Misifit Flash and had downloaded the Misfit app, however the app doesn't actually support the Flash (only the Shine) so for whatever reason the Lumia 640 was detecting my flash and determined that it was a keyboard!. I have since deleted the profile and now I no longer have problems where the keyboard dissapears and my wifi speed with bluetooth on is back to normal!
Hope this helps others in case they have a wearable and for whatever reason the Lumia thinks it is a keyboard.
