All my music were properly tagged but it was not showing artist on tile and lock screen.
So I uploaded my music to onedrive through pc and checked whether the artist is showing in music web app and it was.
So I deleted all my music from phone and downloaded again directly from onedrive through Xbox music app ( US region) (streaming option).
This worked !! now artist are showing on live tile and lock screen... I know its a very lengthy process.. I had to upload 20 gb and then download it.
