Bought one today from a Cricket store. It's for my son's upcoming birthday. The store experience was positive, except that I had to pay a $25 activation fee.
I tried to order online but they cancelled my order twice.... Something about not being able to verify information or that I already had the maximum number of lines. I tried to fix the online order via a 25 minute chat session, but was unable to resolve it. Hope my son will like his new phone.
