Freezing again

This issue can't be just me... he phone will freeze while trying to use it(nothing is responsive), won't wake up even if charging the light stays on. It has even froze during a phone call, and I didn't realize until I tried to navigate to an app and the power button wouldn't turn it ok but I still had a phone call going. I have noticed the last two times it's happens, regardless of build or ring, that if I change the top speed from 4g to 3G the issue goes away. Any reasons why this would be? It was a total ******* this morning and since I did that change it has stopped.

What build and firmware are you on. This used to happen but a newer build helped.

I've experience a few random freezes as well. I can recall it happening:

• during messaging, send a message, lags to send, freezes, turn phone off/on
• after a phone call, person or I hangup, lock screen stays lit for a period of time, go to press lock button, doesn't do anything. can't swipe up, turn phone off/on

well the LTE off experiment didnt work. its doing it again, completely unusable. After i force it to restart most times it freezes again within a couple of minutes. I just restarted it again and immediately went to airplane mode. Will see if it stops it. But my and my wifes phones exhibit this behavior. Seriously doubt its a sim, firmware, or OS version issue. Has ANYONE else had these issues and done anything to resolve them? It cant be just like 3-5 people here.

I remembered when I got my 950 using windows hello would mess it up badly. now with the x3 i use the fingerprint reader. I get random freezing also by chance is everyone thats experiencing freezing using windows hello?

I have not used Hello for at least a year. Found it insanely hard to look correctly at the sensor. Also made it impossible to use while driving.

My X3 has settled down and is working reliably as a quasi workstation in continuum mode. It has been on and docked connected via lan for almost a week now.

Started freezing again today, for nearly 6hours every 15min or so. After the update it stopped, but it always does that when there is an update or I reset it. Calm and then boom, garbage again.

stopped using hello/fingerprint for a week and no freezing or random restarts
