My carrier finally got L640 for and extra price and tomorrow I'm going to buy it. I'm currently using L535 so I'm asking you what is the easiest way to transfer my data to new phone?
And I really like blue one on the photos and I'm considering about getting that color, but I want to know is it that good a good choice?

Thanks...

Go to settings and back-up your phone, go to one drive and chk if back is there, back-up other data such as photos and music to one drive or connect your phone to PC and back-up all folders you can see (pictures, music, documents, downloads, etc) and that's it, you're ready to switch ;)

On new phone just login with same account, restore back-up and that's it ;)

Can you just move the sim card from the 535 to the 640? I'm a puter guy, not som much a phone guy. Cause I am considering upgrading to the 640 as well.

If your switching from a 535 to 640 on the same carrier, you will not need a new sm card.Back up everything to onedrive, settings etc.

Go to the store and download contacts and messages backup from Microsoft. This appears in your settings and you can backup all contacts and msgs to your sd card. When you get your 640 you get the same app and restore these from the same sd card

Also, in my experience, if your backup is already set on your 535, setting up the 640 takes little effort. When you are asked to log into your microsoft account, all of it will restore itself. Things like app info might not but it really depends. My contacts, alarms, call history and even recent pictures restored. I chose not for my texts to restore, but you can set that if you would want it.
