Fuzzy live tile pictures

Anyone else getting fuzzy pictures on live tiles? I've tried pinning HD images but they're still fuzzy looking. Flixster extra small film tiles are fuzzy, for example.

I've noticed the Me tile degrades the pic, often tho it is the fault of the dev packing crappy images to display on the live tile!
