I have a new 360 for my sons, entered a game activation code and began downloading, at 20% it kind of vanished and nothing showing in history.
If i try again i get This code has already been used Do you have another one.
What can i do now?

Let us know if that works.

It's Christmas Day and everyone is probably loading games and such onto their systems and getting on Xbox Live, so there might be issues. I checked, and there doesn't seem to be any issues, except with the Nat Geo app.
