Games Hub constantly crashing

Since the last update and (it seems) after I installed Temple Run 2, the Games Hub keeps crashing every time I want to access it. Anyone else with that problem?

try a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself (ignore the black screen to power down the phone. )

Still nothing. I fear this isn't a widespread issue so I might to hard reset the device? I really don't want to lose WhatsApp though.
