Games Hub Not opening in Nokia 630 Dual Sim

Hi guys ,

Sorry for the Spam if a post already exists.
I bought Nokia 630 dual Sim , I encounterd 2 problem s in the first few days itself.
1) Not able to hear or answer calls , specifically not able to hear voice after call was established.I did a factory reset and it is fine now.

2) In games, whenever I choose games Hub application I just get GamesLoft logo and that's it , I don't see any list of the Game which I was seeing earlier.The GameLoft icon stares back at for a few minutes and after it closes and the Games App main age opens.Is this a problem due Factory reset ?

I am not connected to internet via my Handset if that helps .......

Please shed some light
