Games performance on windows phone 8.1 and windows mobile 10

Guys i have a lumia 640.I updated to windows 10.Games on windows 10 work laggy,noy smoth like on 8.1.Which is the problem?

The only thing I can think of is that it's possible that some of these games were made and optimized for 8.1 so on W10M, it doesn't work as well.

crazy background activity, take a look while gaming open the web portal on another device, also rough just-barely-works drivers on w10, and some emulation since 8.1 apps arent 1:1 compatible with w10

but mostly crazy background activity, try battery saver mode while gaming
