Any one is able to play games in Windows 10 Mobile or Windows 10 Tablet using New Xbox One Bluetooth Controller ?

on tablet? sure. no idea on mobile

Yes there are a few. I think the Universal Emulator can, for example. There was a very similar thread... maybe in the continuum forum but not sure, you should search for it, there were at least a few games listed there.
