Gaming and calendar problems!

part way through my game this afternoon it crashed to desktop only to discover the calendar had kicked in with a reminder about an appointment...this is not a good experience at all. is there a way of fixing the issue that must affect many others too. on PC Winows10.

Can quiet hours work for calendar events? Or is it not available in your region?
