There are pretty much articles linked to the rumours from NPU , which eventually became reality, so I would not be so exigent.

If you go to the link I provided you'll see they said 'take it with a grain of salt' so they're not convinced either.

It wouldn't be surprising that Cortana gets released to more places. Can't say much about the other stuff.

True. Don't care so much about Data Toggle, but would be nice to get Cortana released in more countries

I don't use many of the features that's come out with WP8.1, including Cortana so anything else coming with GDR2 will probably be just as meaningless.

I don't think anybody uses a lot of features, but the fanboys are still screaming

Every update is welcome. The most important thing is that Microsoft keeps improve on a tight schedule.
I would love to see more quick toggles, maybe a small arrow to show 12 or 16.

Cortana in Germany is appreciated as well. Offering a Siri + on devices like the 630 (109? on ALDI!) is WP true strength.

I do think other languages will be supported much later, although I will be incredibly happy if it will be the opposite

Nothing wrong with updates except the carriers prevent them from getting out quicker and if the firmware isn't up to scratch you have the issue of waiting.

As for the Cortana thing. Maybe I'm not using it right but at this stage I see no benefit and I'm not impressed by it singing at me... I don't need a companion I just want to do what I need.

I could use data toggle; my phone likes to drop off wifi for no reason and start downloading/streaming data from my data plan, even in apps like Audible that let you set it to wifi-only. Turning off data before downloading an audiobook or watching a video would let me use more than 500 MB of my 2 GB plan for its intended purpose each month.
