Have rolled back. Massive battery drain for me on the amber update.. 10-15% drain per hour on standby with amber. Now after 6 hrs of use down to 84%.. Same apps and same settings.. Seemed to behave weirdly with the wifi after standby?

Did you try a soft reset before rolling back? I found with the last update once I did that the battery drain went away and I've now got a phone that has an excellent battery life.

2 soft resets and a hard reset. Also seemed to have a weird behaviour with the wifi in that it showed connected but i couldn't access anything data related. Used to have to kill the wifi and restart it and i think this was causing the battery drain. Maybe was a bad flash.. Was on the uk Vodafone rom. Might try again buy would prefer the uk unbranded rom..

Oh no, can only hope something went odd with the flash. I'll wait until the EE OTA comes out then.

I'm not having battery drain issues, have you checked your background tasks and NCF, bluetooth etc?

Also, turn glance/peek off and see if that makes a difference

But I notice that the OUTLOOK contacts does not sync anymore. And the only option in "settings" to chose is email (from outlook). All my contacts phone numbers (from outlook) are not sync to the phone. This is 90% of my contacts...

I flash the french AMBER rom in a Rogers unlocked phone.

Reflashed, turned everything off and it was ok for an hour then the wifi started playing up again and it drained in half a day doing nothing
Hopefully its just the uk Vodafone rom and not all roms that will affect my phone like this.. Rolled back and battery life is back to over a day again..

No sign of Amber on EE as for today. I don't think any of the UK mobiles networks are speedy when it comes to implementing WP updates...

I installed the euro developer edition in my lumia 920 and now i'm having trouble with mobile data connection. Is there any problem in flashing the previous firmware back to my phone?
