Geolocalize my kids on a webpage

Hello,
I want to purchase a small device, or a watch , to GPS localize my kids. Examples : https://www.hereofamily.com/ , https://traxfamily.com/
The problem is : the apps to check where are these devices on a map are only for Ios and Android. So I need either a Windows app, either a web page to localize the devices. But these devices come only with Ios/Android apps.
Has anyone find a similar device with web based localization?

If any of these devices have an API you can tie in to I would be happy to have a go at creating an App for you.
You just need to find one with an API..
