928 here. I only have 2 options.
I tried the auto answer phone when put to ear and it didn't work.

I have all 4 options it seems on my 1020, installed but have not tried it yet.

I'm on Lumia 1020 with DP and Cyan. Had 4 options, all working flawlessly. I've got nothing but praises!

Confirm on 928 on Verizon. After Denim update all 4 items are there and all 4 features work. Excellent!
