Get out of Preview

Is there any way out of the preview program where I don't have to factory reset and lose all my games.Im so fed up of the constant updates on this.I mean once or twice a month is fine,but every time I turn on my Xbox there's another update.I don't leave my Xbox on instant on,so updates start when I turn it on

Anyone know of an easy way back to official build ?
