Get the Lumia 640 XL or wait for the Lumia 650?

I have been wanting to upgrade from my Lumia 630 DS. I got it in August of 2014 and it's not doing so well right now. I'm confused if I should upgrade to the 640 XL or wait for the 650.

Regular 640 for $40.00 ish to play with W10 seems like a cheap tweener option while you think it out.

too early to tell since the 650 hasn't even appeared for sale yet. I'll wait for it and then make a decision.
