Get Things Done apps?

What's the best app for this type of need? I use Things on the iPhone and it is simply the best. Does Windows Phone 7 sync with Outlook Tasks and if not, what's everyone using?

I use OneNote and also "my tasks" app. Outlook tasks don't sync, but OneNote does. There is also an Evernote application (not official) called FasterNote that is supposedly pretty decent (costs 1.99 though).
