Getting a backup phone - should I buy or wait?

I'm debating if I should wait for the next possible set of budget phones to come out, which will probably be a good while. I like my main phone, which is the Lumia 640. The only thing is that I wish it had a green back.

Anyway, I like what the phones under the Microsoft branding have done with having 1gb RAM. I would like a backup phone but I'm not sure if I should wait or buy now. In this case, branded or not branded doesn't matter, but it makes no sense for me to pay more for a lesser phone, than I did for my main phone. I'm considering the 532 or the 435 (but more likely the 532) but I don't know if I should wait. I like that it has a green back though.

Thoughts?

Edit: At the same time, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the design of Windows 10 Mobile right now. It would be nice to be able to upgrade to it on a secondary device and if I don't like it, I can just reset altogether. I would use this device as just a backup/media device and possibly just for situations where I would rather not have something happen to my phone.

LOL Love that green as well.

You can get a 1st gen Win Jr for $69 at B&H.
Glad not to be alone on this! I was actually considering the 735 over the 640 because of the green back. I really wish that more phones had options for them. I'll look into the Win Jr, thanks!

In the end, I decided to go with the 435, because it is easier to get, and I already have a Target gift card which basically allowed me to get it for free. Ordering the green cover soon, but it depends if I'll be taking this phone back or not. I hope I don't because using a gift card to buy something and then returning it is such a hassle.

I think 435 looks like a fun little device much overlooked in the US.

Have you seen this WC member's review video?

I haven't. I'll watch it right now, thank you.

Edit: It's a great review, thank you for sharing. Really wasn't expecting much from the camera but it's not so bad.
