Getting a Lumia 1020

Hi guys I'm a proud Lumia 920 user but I already want to buy a new phone. My contract is almost over but the best phone my carrier has(orange) is the Lumia 1020. I can't buy a new phone on amazon because the 3G internet provided by my carrier won't work. Orange is kinda slow bringing windows phones. Do you think I should get a Lumia 1020 considering that it's already considered an old phone?

Nope you should wait to see what the holidays bring.

Its hard to say. What do you want from a phone? Personally I'd go for something newer like a 930 but it depends if you could wait till the new wave of devices comes out with threshold. It also depends if you were willing to change carrier?

Buy whatever best you're getting, get it unlocked, sell it and the 920 off and buy an unlocked 930 or 1520. If you really want the camera on the 1020 then stick with it (personally I would not)

The 1020 only really brings a better camera and that's about it for the most part.
