Getting error while downloading store apps (WP8.1). (8103010d)

Heya, while trying to update or download certain apps from store (WP8.1), I'm getting error 8103010d. I have already restared phone but I still can't update those apps. I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi.

Hi dda_k!

Here's something easy you may want to try: uninstall the Translator app (from your alphabetical list of applications), and then go to the Store and download it again.
Many users on Reddit and in the Microsoft Community have suggested that this error might be due to the app's name change: from just "Translator" to "Bing Translator".

I've been facing a similar problem with some apps: initially Facebook Beta, error 8103010d; and now, error 80073cfe and a growing bunch of apps that just won't update. :-/
I'll probably do a hard reset if the phone doesn't help itself (and, from what I saw on forums, it just won't).
