Giant block of empty space after ad banner

I got this around this morning in IE11. It only happened so often and if I refreshed it went away.

Ain't seen nothing like that here in IE on my 925. To be honest I'd rather see that than the junk Chinese character ads we used to have. Been a good month now since the last time I saw one.
