Glance and calling problem

The last week i'm having trouble with glance. When i use the middle button to put the phone to "sleep" glance shows up but after 5 seconds it disappears. Anybody having the same problem or have a solution?
Already removed the battery but that didn't help.

Also when i'm making a call as soon i start the call the screen is going black. I have to hit the middle key multiple times to get the screen. Once it showed up for 5 seconds and then going black again over and over.
I had to replace battery to solve this.

Anyone an idea? Phone is 15 months of age.

Have you tried turning Glance off and then turning it back on? Hard reset?

Did turn glance off and on, but didn't help. I didn't do hard reset yet, because if i understand it will reset to factory settings. That's the last escape. But if neccesay i will do.

Unfortunately a factory reset didn't solve the problem, and wp 8.1 also didn't solve the problem.
I think i have to contact nokia repair. How much warranty i have?

Problem solved.
I was registering for nokia repair and checking the things they say to check.
One of the things was to remove screen protection. When I removed it the glace re-appeared immediately.
