I had the same question about no notifications on the Glance screen of my 920? Are you saying that will come with GDR 3 if I installed the Developers Preview, or with GDR 3 and Black?
It's an Nokia firmware issue or lack of. You need NOKIA Black. Update 3 that's possible with the Preview for Developers doesn't have anything to do with Glance.
