glance screen bug? weather won't stay always on

Is this a bug in glance screen or some sort of limitation? I have msn weather set as my lockscreen app and I have glance screen set to "always on" - the time/date are always on in glance but the weather info disappears after 30s as if glance was set to peek mode. This is on the Lumina 830 Denim

I dont have weather set on Glance, but here's what I think about it..
If weather stays always on your date/time information will not move up and down. In other words stay in one position always -that's not healthy for your screen (pixels). They get burned. That's why weather turns off and time moves up and down

That's what I thought. Wish there was a way to display both.

To burn the screen? Just wave above proximity sensor and both information will be displayed again

I thought Glance only moved up and down on amoled screens... Does it also move on the 830, which is LCD ?

well then i guess that your question was answered by AV2RY... i'm kind of surprised though, i thought that only Amoled screens were at risk of burn in
