Glance screen clock moves?

This happens on my new Lumia 640 LTE and basically when I put my phone into sleep the time shows in the usual spot then after ten minutes it moves up without any animation. Is this normal.

Yup, completely normal.

Its a safety measure so it doesn't display the time to much in the same spot, burn-in is still a potential issue for some phones.
