Just purchased lumia 925. Updated it to windows phone 8.1 preview for developers. Before updating there was no option in my settings to close the glance screen and even after updating there is no option in settings to close it. How to off glance can anyone please help me with it?

Are you saying glance doesn't show up?

You may have to install it. Use an app like SysApp Pusher to get links to glance's settings panel in the store

Go to phone settings /glance /tap on glance screen option->off.
Also if you want to disable glance screen while charging , turn if always on while charging.

One more issue. Phone heats up alot during charging and using camera. Any solution?

No, that's how it is. I have the 925, it gets REALLY hot.

Mine gets seriously hot also. Can really notice it when using gps and cellular data
