'go listening' arrrgh!

My phone keeps wanting to switch to voice dialling/recognition.

I have tried switching off voice recog, which helped, but when I try to take a screenshot (windows button and switch off) it activates 'go, listening' instead!

Any ideas?

Hold Power, THEN press Start. Do it quickly, or you'll tell the phone to power down.
