This looks like a bait and switch to me. CowBoom is selling the SP 2 for $599.99, not $449.99. It doesn't come with the stylus or AC adapter.

Pre-owned starts from $599.99 and that bargain site clearly mentions a coupon code you need to use to bring the price down further.

When you click the "Choose Best Available" button you'll see they have lots of these in stock, and what's included with the tablet varies. Here's one for example with the stylus/digitizer pen, exactly as mentioned by that site:



Must admit I've not even heard of CowBoom before today but seems fine to me.
