Google Calendar Sync Problem

Just an update: Together with jleebiker we did a test with a fresh calendar that shows up fine on jlee's device but not on my device. See attached below. So I'm pretty sure this bug is related to my timezone (Hawaii). Unfortunately, I don't have a separate WP phone to test on.

So I got my hands on another WP device and can confirm that this is indeed a WP issue. I even tried with my iCloud calendar and get the same problem. Why is MS so slow in fixing this?

Oddly, it also seems to be a Nokia issue. I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the Nokia Z Launcher. Z Launcher is a launcher that Nokia developed for Android devices. On the home screen, the Z Launcher shows your next event. It shows all-day events as occurring at 14:00 (2pm) just like Windows Phone calendar does. Very strange! Is it the Microsoft-Nokia connection and inability of their mutual developers to see this correctly?

Woooohoooo! It seems like Microsoft has smashed this bug. I started using my Lumia 1020 again recently and yesterday I setup my Google account on it. All-day events are no longer duplicating and showing up at 14:00 (2pm). It's actually working just as it should. It's about frickin' time!!!!!!!!!!
