Hi All,
emailed Stephen Elop yesterday with all the issues i was facing at the moment with my L920 and to my surprise he replied apologising and promised me that his team will call me and will help me.
An hour later i get a call from the Nokia Care team willing to swap the handset for me.
WOW, now that is some awesome customer service (still annoyed with the blurry camera though
).
