Got new student 360, what now?

Here is my story, I am using my gmail account as MS login to buy games on store, OneDrive etc., now my university recived free Office 360 for students while they are still studying. The problem here is I had to register it on my student email, is it possible to sync all data with office 360 and my previous MS login? I've noticed I can add another emails to Office 360, does that help?
