Original ROM is uploaded at PPCGeeks in the ROM upgrade thread. If you have issues, just flash back. No worries.
The IconROM2 is really stable and slim.

I'm running the one I built - Stripped 6.1 GSM.

Ronbo,

My advice is unless you want to play around with 6.5, I'd say stay with the Stock Rom you have.
The GSM Treo is so clean as is - it's not broken - don't fix it. :)

There's one thing I want to do but have not done yet. I don't want to sync my contacts to my corporate exchange. Is there anyway to sync contacts on your desktop or somewhere else?

Also what software would you guys recommend to move contacts from Palm to Windows (with all the notes on each contacts, etc. intact)

Both Google sync & MS's MyPhone will sync contacts & calendar stuff. I use both to keep two phones & an Android experiment all matched.
